This series will enable you to:

This series will teach simple and effective tools to cultivate mindfulness in your daily life. With practice, you will feel centered and energized throughout your day so you can enjoy your work and life even amid the pandemic. These simple yet powerful techniques are a lifelong asset that are yours to explore and expand.

Frequency: Once a week (On days when we don’t have a special speaker the practice session will be 30mts)
Registration limit is 100 for each session.
Requirements: Empty stomach (or coffee/tea//light snack min. 1-2 hrs before). Comfortable clothes. Sit on a chair and preferably keep the window open in the room for air circulation; Please plan for the Video Camera to be turned on for the speaker to follow your practice and help you as necessary.
